Two Injured In Foscoe Rollover Accident (2018-12-31 16:16:02)

Two people were injured in a car rollover accident last Thursday.

The Watauga Democrat reports it was a single car crash on 105 across from the Dollar General in Foscoe. The driver was 76-year-old Clarence Philyaw, and the passenger was 73-year-old Mollie Philyaw, both of Wake Forest.

According to the report, Clarence started to feel sick while he was driving, so he pulled into a parking lot, but did not press the brake. This caused the car to hit a stone wall and flip on its back.

The car had an estimated $25,000 in damages. Both Clarence and Mollie were transported to Watauga Medical Center with minor injuries. No citations were issued in the accident.
