Watauga Education Foundation Flapjack Flip Is Saturday (2016-11-28 13:07:27)

The Watauga Education Foundation’s Flapjack Flip will be Saturday 7:30-11 a.m. at Watauga High School.

The annual event helps the WEF raise money to support teachers and students in the Watauga County public school system by funding classroom grants and scholarships. The money raised by Flapjack Flip goes back into classrooms by funding projects that fall outside state and local budgets.

In addition to the Flapjacks, there will be live holiday music from Watauga High School students, an opportunity to take a photo with Santa, as well as a holiday market hosted by the Boone Service League.

Tickets in advance are $6, or four for $20, or $8 at the door. You can find out more online at
