Santa will visit WCC on December 9 (2017-11-30 13:51:16)

The public is invited to visit with Santa Claus on the campus of Wilkes Community College on Saturday, December 9, from 1-3 p.m.

Santa will be in the Alumni Hall Commons located on the lower campus. Children will have the opportunity to get their photo made with Santa and to share their Christmas wish list with him.

WCC Rotaract Club will take photos for purchase as a club fundraiser or parents may use their own cameras to take photos.

“The WCC Rotaract Club is a service club for students,” says Beth Foster, club advisor. “The fundraisers held by the club help benefit local efforts such as Make A Difference Day and Veteran’s Awareness with VetKids; campus activities such as Suicide Prevention Event, Community Easter Event, Clean Sweep of Collegiate Drive and Fall Festival. The Rotaract Club is affiliated with the Rotary Club of North Wilkesboro.”
