Well, according to, Dwayne Ledford, who was the offensive line coach at Appalachian State University, and built one of the strongest

fronts in Mountaineers history, is being considered as one of the top candidates to replace Scott Satterfield, who will officially be named head coach at the University of Louisville at a press conference this afternoon.

Ledford is currently the offensive line coach at North Carolina State. He is a graduate of McDowell High School in Marion, North Carolina, where he was a two-time All-Conference selection and led the team in sacks three straight years. He played collegiately at East Carolina from 1995-98 before he played for the San Francisco 49ers (1999–2000, 2003–2004), the Jacksonville Jaguars (2000), the Carolina Panthers (2001), and the Cleveland Browns (2005).

Ledford was the offensive line coach at App State in 2012, and he was the offensive line coach and assistant offensive coordinator with the Mountaineers from 2013-15 before joining the NC State coaching staff.
