Midterm Elections Early Voting Starts Oct. 17 (2018-10-08 14:55:06)

Voter registration forms for midterm elections must be postmarked or delivered to county elections offices by 5 p.m. Friday, October 12th.

One-stop early voting starts October 17th.

Early voting sites in Watauga County are the Commissioners Board Room in the Watauga County Administration Building, the Blue Ridge Ballroom in the Appalachian State University Plemmons Student Union, Blowing Rock Town Hall, Deep Gap Fire Department, Meat Camp Fire Department and the Western Watauga Community Center.

Sites will be open from 7 a.m. to 7 p.m. October 17th to 19th, October 22nd to 26th and October 29th to November 2nd.

On November 3rd, sites will be open from 8 a.m. to 1 p.m.

Election Day is Tuesday, November 6th, with precinct voting locations open from 6:30 a.m. to 7:30 p.m.
