Hardee Elected Into NCBCA HOF.... (2018-09-28 16:45:11)

Former Watauga High baseball coach Pete Hardee has been selected for nomination into the North Carolina Baseball Coaches Association Hall of Fame. He will be inducted in December.

Hardee, an All-American pitcher at Appalachian State University, has coached at New Bern High School, West Caldwell Watauga and Alexander Central. Hardee led the Pioneers from 1996-2014. He led the Pioneers to six Northwestern Conference championships, and four NWC Touirnament titles.  His 1999 team reached the 4A Western Finals, but lost to South Mecklenburg.
