Bears' Home Opener Against Mars Hill Moved to Thursday (2018-09-12 17:13:30)

HICKORY, N.C. - Lenoir-Rhyne officials have announced that the football home opener against Mars Hill has been moved up to 2 p.m. on Thursday, September 13 due to the impending weather forecast this weekend. The game was originally scheduled to take place on Saturday at 6 p.m.

CHAPEL HILL --- The University of North Carolina's football game scheduled for Saturday, Sept. 15, against UCF will not be played due to Hurricane Florence. All tickets for the game that were purchased through Carolina Athletics will be automatically refunded.
