Reverend Jesse Jackson To Speak At ASU (2018-09-04 15:09:36)

Civil rights activist, Reverend Jesse Jackson Sr., will speak at Appalachian State University at 7 p.m. on October 18th.

His talk, titled “With Justice For All: Human Rights and Civil Rights at Home and Abroad,” is part of the University Forum Lecture Series.

A reception will follow the lecture at 8 p.m. Both the talk and reception are free and open to the public.

Reverend Jackson is the founder and president of the Rainbow PUSH Coalition, and is one of America’s foremost civil rights, religious and political figures.
